Wow he's young, only 33. He moved up with the Cards pretty quickly and they tend to be good at this thing, so it seems like a decent hire on the face of it. But it's always impossible to know until we start to see him in action.

This makes more sense now. They obviously want to win their front office basketball league championships. This is the piece and a steal could also be a slam dunk.
