Not buying it. Place was dead last night and they reported 36,424.  Season tickets were supposedly in the 17k range.  They've cleared 3 million by 12k, 95k, 19k, and 61k the last four years.  

They'll somehow end up with a season attendance of 3,005,125.

Funny thing ... I just now received a call from Sage Poland (inside sales rep) wanting to know if I was planning another event this season. Last season I bought forty tickets for a private party.

Looks like the sales staff is working the phones!

No chance I went to the Cubs series and no joke here might have been 20k fans there. The stadium is half empty if not more. Good for them on ticket sales but the stadium is not close to half full

The American League counts total tickets sold regardless.  The National League counts only those people actually in attendance.  Go figure.

Last night looked pretty thin in attendance on MLB TV, like 15-20k.  

The first couple of home stands looked well attended with a noticeable drop off afterward.  I have seen reduced ticket prices advertised, some less than $10, lately.
