I always like the smell of Vick's VapoRub when I had a bad cold as a child. Mom would rub in my chest and a little under the nose to clear the sinuses. It was powerful menthol that almost burned it's way through your nose but it just felt like I was getting real medicine. It would be considered organic today, pretty much all natural ingredients except for the petroleum base.
