To think, he entered Spring Training expected to be the odd man out with Heaney coming over in the offseason.

Hector made some adjustments in AAA last year that led to his second held success. He worked on his delivery and further refined his motion this last offseason and it's been apparent since his first appearance in February. He's a different pitcher.

Now obviously his peripherals indicate regression is likely, but even then, he looks like a future piece in the rotation.
