Curry and Thompson don't play their best and still win

Curry and Thompson play like shit and the Dubs still cruise to a double digit victory. Getting past the Thunder was their biggest threat. Should wrap this series up in 5 games IMO

espn is more unwatchable than usual these days. i like to watch the 7 am broadcast, but i can't watch anymore. they devote probably 56 minutes out of every 60 talking about the NBA finals. they've talked to anyone and everyone they can find about every nuance they can find. 

meanwhile the NHL finals are getting about 45 sec of air time. i really hate this network.

Been like that for years 

I liked how the Kings (and ducks) had in depth analysis post game  during their playoff runs on FSW even if the game was on a nbc network

Nando, it has indeed been this way for years and years. Somehow, it seems like it's gotten worse, something I didn't think was even possible.

Ridiculous that if this series goes 7 games, game 7 will be on June 19.

Can they drag it out any longer?

realistically they should be playing every other day. for whatever reasons, they don't. they drag out their playoffs far longer than necessary, and it seems to be worse every year.

Warriors with just 8 FT attempts all game and have 20 turnovers and are still winning by 100 points. Saying they'd take this in 5 was probably giving Cleveland too much credit. This is looking like a clean sweep

Cavs did their job. I still don't think they win the series

GS played horribly at the start and Cavs were sizzling hot. Warriors crawled back in the second quarter but Cleveland turned it up a notch in the third. That's all she wrote. Warriors' big three all had subpar games.

curry didn't shoot any free throws in games 1 & 2. thought that was kind of odd.

cavs looked pretty solid all the way around tonight.

His numbers look lebron like for the series but it's nice to see him finally have a lebron game.

Figured this would be a 5 game series but the Draymond suspension gave the Cavs some false hope. City of Cleveland will have the pleasure of seeing 2 titles on their court in back to back years now

They're not the same team without Green. Also, James and Irving had spectacular games. First pair ever to score more than 40 in a Finals game.

Game 6 will be a different story entirely. Draymond has to behave himself though.

Not having Green changed everything.  Lebron and Kyrie were easily able to drive the lane and take easy shots.

The good news for Cleveland is that Kevin Love figured out the best way he can help the team...and that's by not participating at all. 2 total points in their 2 wins this series

Well, to be fair, Kyrie made some ridiculous shots down the stretch when they opened up the lead and sealed the win.

I doubt Kyrie has a game like he did in game 5. 

He needs to do that 3 games in a row for Cleveland to have a chance. LeBronda will get his no matter what

i doubt Kyrie does it 3 games in a row

Draymond Green's going to have something to say on defense tonight. It's a different story with him in there. No wide open lane for LeBron to drive at will.

I'm not really much of a basketball fan, but I got roped into the Finals. My basic impression is:

1. Steph Curry is enormously overrated

2. LeBron James is much better than Steph Curry
