Can't stand the Warriors. They're the Clippers main rival. But they dominated all season and were clearly the best team. Happy Iggy got MVP. He deserved it. Good for them

I have a good friend that was born/raised/lives in Philly.  His current attitude toward sports has been that the Phillies are a mess and have no plan but the 76ers, they at least have a plan!  With all the stocked up picks and everything.  But starting with the Embiid news his attitude started to sour.  He is happy to get Okafor but there is no confidence.  It was kinda sad to see all his excitement for the 76ers turn to doubt over the last six months or so.

The NHL arriving seems to be nothing more than a formality, and now it appears that the NBA won't be far behind. The owner of the Milwaukee Bucks has threatened to move the team to either Las Vegas or Seattle if the team's stadium situation isn't settled soon. Since our arena is nearing completion and Seattle has the same arena issues that caused the Sonics to leave plus nothing under construction. my money is on here if the situation isn't fixed.

 

Just passed by the new arena site yesterday. it's coming together nicely.

Considering they just cut the education budget in the state by about 10% I will be really pissed off if they end up building a taxpayer subsidized arena for the Bucs.  Good riddance.

Okafor will be instant offense and Noel looked solid on defense last year in the games I saw. They're set down low but they have to pick right in the next draft for their guards

Their performance last night vs the Clips was nothing short of incredible. This team just knows how to win. Hard not to root for them. Terrific shooting, they run the floor and they can play defense and get stops when needed. Probably most entertaining team to watch in the NBA. Much better than watching the Cavs give LeBron the ball and clear out to one side of the court.

The thing is... he's not top 3 and 'ego' probably wasn't the best word....maybe 'occasionally bitchy' better suits him?

 

He's starting to get hurt too much, as well..and signing Durant probably means they lose barnes + someone else valuable.

This is the worst excuse to not sign someone. Starting to? Last year, Julius Randle was starting to get hurt too much. Lakers should trade him.

 

And I'd take Durant over Barnes any day of the week. Barnes is a solid player, but Durant is better. It likely won't cost them someone else besides Barnes with the salary cap increase.

and remember curry gets paid peanuts because he's so young.
