geez -- he has something like 14 HRs this year........

 

I think he should DH and play some first.......who else is better than him at 1B on the club?

Cron is acceptable there but not better, Hamilton hardly plays 1B, Ibanez is clearly a DH playing anywhere in the field although LF is his best position but that's not saying much.

 

Our best 1B defensively may be McDonald or Kendrick.

although, Pujols has also run the bases well -- there was a game recently where he made a nice advance from 2nd to 3rd -- something at least two of our other players (one being Freese, who was the guy the other night that did the same thing?) who turned runner at second with none outs to runner at first with one out by getting tossed out a third running on a ball hit to SS......dumb.

I'm not too vocal on this Pujols thing but when I saw him get thrown out 3rd I have now decided I am officially done with this guy. If he ever gets hot again? Whoopty effingggg do. Do you know how much you get paid? You SHOULD be doing that.

Running on Cespedes?  He has 9 outfield assists already.  4 of those are on the Angels.  Every team knows not to run on Cespedes.  Not the Angels.

Ha not enough people booed with me. And thanks for the welcome guys but I've been here since the beginning! I just haven't posted much the last couple of years. But I've been to a couple of the early fan fests and I believe the inaugural softball game. I just rarely use social media these days. That Pujols play pissed me off enough I had to vent.

He's hitting him third with that abysmal stats. He should hit him 6th behind Howie.
