In the Texas lineup compared to Angel will boost that OPS. Ask yourself if you were Ohtani what lineup would you want to be. Seimen, Seager and Garcia in their prime. Young players White and Jung with Bochy your manager.

Dodgers they go long on years and defer a bunch to get the total $ Ohtani wants but less present value. Like Betts. 

Id say Mets 2nd and Giants 3rd cause those two seem super motivated to not be outbid so who knows if they go high enough.

I'm not arguing that point. I'm just noting that there doesn't seem to be any real evidence that he loves hitting in that park, at least from an actual production standpoint.

I would pay Ohtani $30 million a year, and give him $750k per start.  So if he starts 20 games he makes $45 million a season.  If he makes 30 starts (which he hasn’t done yet in his career and it is tough to do in a 6 man rotation) he will make $52.5 million.  A DH should not get $40 million a year, regardless of who he is.
