lol @ "pro abortion".  I guess that would make the opposition "anti-woman", right lifetime?

Which is exactly why I put it in quotes. Their argument is that's it's about the right to choose not about being pro abortion. And in order to get there they argue for a later life begins date or when a life deserves to be protected. They can't support life begins at conception and deserves to be protected because that nullifies their right to choose. The most accurate labels one could give I suppose would be "right to life" on one side and "right to abort" on the opposing side.

So labeling a group that believes a fetus has a right to have their life protected "right to life" is used inappropriately to the point where it doesn't mean anything? Or vice versa for labeling those who believe a woman has a right to choose abortion labeled as "right to choose"?  How are either of those inappropriate?

I would argue the fact they are used is inappropriate.  There is no discussion in labels.

Why? Someone giving alabel doesn't end discussion of the subject.

What if this were a different subject, say religion, would it be inappropriate or a discussion ender if someone labeled those that believe in Christ as their Savior Christians?

I think if men got pregnant, we would be arguing about a man's right to choose.....just sayin'

That doesn't change when a fetus would/should have a right to have their life protected.  There are plenty of women who are of the right to life mindset. It's not a male versus female debate.

Well, if you say so it must be correct.

However, if men were the ones who got pregnant, I believe that the numbers might change a bit.

Nice edit

This assumes that men are predominantly pro lifers now and that there is a majority of men vs women on the pro-life side. . I don't think that's accurate and I don't think research supports that.
