If the Angels were going to change their name, what would you want it to be?

I quite like the sound of The London Angels too, but for very selfish reasons.

Would it still count if they played in West Ealing?

Arte plans on locating the team to Southampton but still call them the London Angels, strictly for marketing.

That's in Greater London, just 4 or 5 miles from Wembley Stadium. I'd say play there but you'll need a roof on any baseball stadium over here, getting 81 days without rain is a big ask and forget following a play-off schedule at home in October.

If maybe an expansion team could make the dates work and pony up £500m to build a new stadium in London it would be an absolute money-spinner. They would comfortably pass £200m a year in gate receipts alone. Probably half that again on top just for beer sales. Plus huge advertising potential targeting companies looking for transatlantic exposure and an enormous local TV market (all of Britain and some of Europe would root for a London based US baseball team and anyone with any interest in baseball over here would be an instant follower). It would be a fun and profitable project.

Change in the opposite direction. Los Angeles Devils (now that the Ray's have shortened their name) but theNew Jersey Devils have that, so maybe Los Angeles Demons. Also a nod to Japanese baseball to appease Ohtani.

And change the geographical reference. Again. Since most of L.A. proper are Dodger fans. More specific than California though. Orange County, SoCal, whatever. It's different than New York, where locations are closer to each other.
