We’ve already seen surprising picks tonight, the Angels (I know, under Eppler, not Perry) tended to avoid obvious bigger names and go with surprising under slots, and I still have a feeling Perry is going to pull some trades this deadline or winter - and by going under slot here might allow him to go a more quantity over quality approach in rebuilding a farm he might be about to trade some legit depth from.
