Looking at the pitch tracker, none of the pitches thrown by Rangers pitchers that were taken by Halos hitters and out of the zone were called strikes.

The hitters have no alibis tonight.   They just sucked with RISP, plain and simple, against a guy with too many letters in his name who allowed EIGHT HRs in 22 innings before tonight.

The offense had some opportunities but couldn’t get the big hit. Yes the ump was dog shit but the hitters have plenty of accountability in this loss

Bummer of a loss, but this shit happens throughout a season to the best of them. 

That said, I don't think we should give Quintana more starts if he can't string together at least a few good outings. 

May need to get Detmers on speed dial.

Agreed but Quintana doesn’t have any upside so anyone else probably makes the Halos better
