No evidence? I bet your employer requires IDs. Dc libs have IDs to enter federal buildings. IDs are intended to bring integrity and security to various buildings and procedures. Why should voting be less stringent than the SAT?

The fact that the OC is this close in cases to LA despite having only a third of the population suggests that the OC is really fucking up.
