So they chose to see what the vaccine effects could be as opposed to what the effects of covid are? I guess it's possible the vaccine will have some type of negative impact on us down the road but the negative results of a covid infection can impact us now. You would think anyone overweight like this dude was would get the vaccine immediately.

I tried to explain this in April about Florida.  It’s not like these red states are maskless utopias.  It was pretty much the same everywhere, especially in cities and suburbs.  Plus Texas has lots of Latinos and blacks.  It’s the whites that are anti-maskers.

Maybe that's why the blacks and latinx won't take the vaccine as they think the mask will protect them.
