Do you think that the game has changed too much?

Seems like there is an avenue for exploitation there.

That's why ultimately I think things will cycle back, one way or another. And it's why everyone's trying things like openers and two-way players and launch angles and spin rates.

So many problems have been caused by the vain attempt at increasing homeruns over the years. They should be rolled back.

Too many ball parks have been made smaller to try and increase homeruns. There should be a minimum outfield square footage in every new or refurbished park. Stadiums that moved their fences in should be forced to move them back.

Get rid of the DH. Either just lose it entirely or replace it with a duel substitution rule where you can bring a guy back in after being subbed out, something that will bring back strategy into the game.

Do not increase roster size.

Stop juicing the Facking balls.

Baseball is a living organism, which means it changes and evolves. In 10 years, those of us who grew up in the sabermetrics age will be complaining about whatever changes are happening in the sport.

This ^^^^

The only thing that is consistent across the history of baseball is old players get older and crankier and lament what the game has become in comparison with their day.  Baseball is always going to change and morph and one day stolen bases, hit-and-run, bunting, etc will be an desired, undervalued asset again.

Turning this into a DH thing is not fair, the issues have zero to do with the DH.

Some suggesting its cyclical, while normally true, how do you come back from this?  This is such as monumental shift in the entire ideology of the game, i dont think there is any going back.  You cant unsee Paris so to speak.

Plus NO ONE outside of the NL has the DH, not even HS baseball!    Make it UNIFORM, NL!   Adopt the DH rule!    With the advent of two way players like Ohtani and Walsh, pitchers who can actually hit can still do so.
