Some persistent rumors about them moving to Montreal potentially. Ironic, since former Expo owner Jeffery Loria carpetbagged the franchise and ended up in Miami as part of the process. 

What's with the Florida market? Some good teams and high levels of success, but no commitment by owners to build their traditions and lukewarm fan apathy.

Main issue the stadium looks empty from the outside. There is no banners, paint on it, Rays Colors or anything distinguishing a team even plays in it.Street Marketing banners like down Katella and St College....NOTHING, NADA, ZILCH. If you drove by it, you would think it was an abandoned Missle Silo relic from the Cold War ERA. 

It looks like their ownership is trying to run off any potential fans so they can break their lease and move~

Makes me think that Tropicana paid $19.95 for the naming rights.
