good for jon stewart. this shouldn't even be up for question. btw, i had no idea he was that gray.

House panel unanimously passes 9/11 victims fund bill after Jon Stewart shaming

Is it bad that I forgot what the topic is?

Hes completely correct.  First responders are an important matter to me, always have been, but now i have a daughter who is a fire fighter and shes about to marry a cop so... yeah, hes dead right.

Not lost on me though is how ABC is stumbling over themselves to not point out that this congress is Dem controlled.

oh well i guess that makes it ok.  If it was a Rep driven thing it would be in the headline, anything else is buried on the back page.

Yes @Taylor , you may call it crying if you wish but there is little denying that the media has failed.  It not longer reports what happened it tells us what to think based on the agenda of their owners.  Most swing left, some right, and none of them are practicing actual journalism.
If seeing that is in your definition crying, then yes, im crying.  The better question is why arent you ?

The idea that there's this big conspiracy by the media to silence conservatives is a joke. The media is run by corporations whose goal is to make money. The media's non-stop coverage of Trump in 2016 was one of the big factors that led him to getting elected.

Most journalists are liberal, probably because they are educated, and statistics show that more-educated people tend to be more liberal (that doesn't necessarily mean conservatives are uneducated; just that academia is liberal, so people who have spent more time in academia tend to be more liberal).

As for liberal media, CNN is a damn joke. MSNBC is pretty bad too.

But nothing on this Earth compares to Fox News. Nothing. This isn't a "both sides" issue. MSNBC peddles idiots like Sharpton and Maddow to say their dumb opinions. But Fox News is a straight up propaganda machine.

Tucker Carlson said: To lead a country means killing people.

That motherfucker accompanied Trump on his trip to NK.

Now imagine Hillary Clinton visiting Syria to meet with Assad and bringing Rachel Maddow along. Then on Rachel's show she says "To lead a country means gassing your own citizens".

It's the same thing.

Trump garnered the coverage by playing the media like a fiddle while Hillary hid under the DNC's bed.

So the bias lies with academia? I agree with this as well.

They also gave him more coverage because it meant more ratings, which meant more ad revenue, which meant bigger profits.

This statement is silly, it really is and shows a self righteous bullshit position which is precisely why you lost in 16.  Talk with people not at them you might find everyone isnt a stupid as you think they are.

Did you read the rest of the paragraph? I wasn't saying that being more educated makes you a better or wiser person. Statistically speaking, higher-educated people tend to be more liberal.
