Give their duties to someone like the FBI or Homeland. I think (my opinion only) it would be less than expensive to expand existing agencies as opposed to having a completely separate one.  FWIW, I think their job functions are important but I’m not convinced you need a whole entire agency for that. I’d say do the same with the ATF.
