She claimed in the letter that Kavanaugh and a classmate of his, both of whom had been drinking, turned up music that was playing in the room to conceal the sound of her protests, and that Kavanaugh covered her mouth with his hand. She was able to free herself.

I believe her. But it's despicable that Feinstein waited to inform the FBI until now, even though she learned about it in July. Talk about opportunism.

If you're referring to conservative judge nominees, perhaps it's because the liberal judge nominees hadn't sexually assaulted anyone in high school.

Somehow the GOP had a list of 65 women ready to vouch for Kavanaugh from his high school days.  It's as if they knew they had to defend an attempted-rape allegation from way back then.

There were three other women willing to testify and confirm Hill's allegations.  Joe Biden didn't call on them, he dropped the ball there.  Clarence Thomas is not a good guy.

I am not saying one way or another.  Seems to me a lot more information is needed.
