don't worry.  they just need more time.  it's still early.  we are trying to figure out their roles.  they just need to be put into a position to succeed.  they're being mishandled.  the starters don't throw enough innings.

Take away those 2-3 weeks not long after the ASB, and his numbers were really good here.

Petit is kicking ass for the A’th, after a slow start.

This will forever be the one that kills me. He is also sitting on 34 innings over 28 games, meaning he is averaging almost an inning and a third per game - not quite the inning and a half he was averaging with us, but still. I think its easy to underestimate just how much that stabilizes a bullpen. If we had been able to retain these two, then suddenly a core of Petit, Norris, Alvarez, and Ramirez looks really good. Parker has been looking better, Bedrosian sticks around as a mop up guy with a high ceiling if he can get it together, and Anderson acts as a swing man between the majors and the minors. Its amazing what a difference a couple arms makes.
