Houston announcers on MLB Network. They note Pujols is the only Angel with a batting average over .160 against Verlander. Trout 2-for 24.

With Trout in a slump I don't know how this offense musters much up against Verlander.

Home plate umpire being stupid when Trout is at the plate again by calling balls as strikes. Trout knows the strike zone way better than these clowns.

Why does Calhoun even go up to bat, all he does is make an out usually strikeout. I say Calhoun should just put a chair in the outfield so he does have to walk out there, he will already be in the outfield for his spot.

Here's a crazy thought: why not put Simmons and his .406 OBP lead off?

His OBP would most likely increase hitting in front of Trout, and when followed by Ohtani, then Upton, it almost wouldn't matter what 5-9 do (I said ALMOST).
