See, it's decisions like these that are so infuriating. Richards is dealing. Why the F do you take him out, at 86 pitches?

Are they putting the Angels arms on strict pitch counts or something? We've seen a lot of quick hooks with guys this season even when they're pitching well. Garrett was only at 86 pitches

I’m not a fan of moves like this.  I would want him to finish the inning.  Bring in the next guy to start an inning.

Uh, his arm fell off about a year ago. I think they're stretching him out slowly and carefully until they're sure it won't fall off again.
