This is a terrific acquisition. This guy has been pretty steady and hasn’t been bouncing around from club to club. Not a lot of miles either. The overall construction of the club is getting better everyday. Kudos to Eppy.

Think we need a bullpen piece, but I wouldn't be surprised if the rule 5 guy is legit.

I like this a lot, and i dont expect him to repeat 17 offensively.   Kinsler and Cozart for about 24 mil?  That works for me.  Defensively we will be extremely strong. 
I think he went three expecting him to possibly move to 2B after this year if we pursue any of the possible 3B FA next year. 
I also dont think Epp is done.  He still have a RH heavy lineup, dont be shocked if he goes after Morrison for the primary 1B and Cron gets traded.

Worst news of the day. Pretty much sealing the fate of Escobar. Besides being a pretty good Miami Vice bad guy stand-in, he was a joy to watch in everything he did. And he has fashions. I now have to revert to Jose Mota as Miami Vice bad guy stand-in, esp. if he still has his OG bright red covertible Mercedes.

Headley, Moreland, or LoMo could replace Cron - most of those guys could serve as a lefty/switch option who could provide depth at COF/CIF

Meh, Cozart put up massively inflated numbers at 32 in a contract year. His previous numbers have been awful. Hopefully Eppler sees something I don't because this looks like a sure regression.

If we gave Cozart 3/38, then 5 /65 for Moose was probably on the table but borASS would never let him sign with the other moves in baseball not happening yet.
