I drove past the Welcome to Las Vegas sign on Las Vegas Boulevard yesterday on the way to the watch party for the Florida-LSU game. It was sad to see the 58 crosses lined up for the victims of the shooting. There was a much larger-than-normal group of people stopping there yesterday. Some photos posted by one of my friends:

I foresee the "he knew something and they killed him for it", followed by he was a patsy, his brother never heard him say anything about 9/11 comments

I assumed tracer bullets were only visible from the shooters perspective, no?

I saw tracer fire in the desert when I was on the way to work at night driving past the Nellis Test Range when the military was preparing for the first Iraq action. They used NTR because the terrain was similar to what they would encounter in Iraq.

Pretty wild. Id reas he had somehow barricaded the door to the stairs, this gives more detail

60 Minutes interviewed the four LEOs who took his room. They were very interesting.  Said he had tools and drills all over the room. Also said he blocked off the emergency stairwell by his room with metal plates and screws. First I'd heard of that.

Yeah, thats pretty wild. Not pointing fingers at all, but im suprised the hotel security didnt see him on cameras (i assume they have them in the hallways, especially by the exits) tampering eith the door? But then even if they did have cameras, there would obviously be a ton to watch.

That's weird that he would barracade the emergency stairwells.  Why even have the explosives in the car, if you weren't thinking of a getaway.  He should have just brought the explosives to his room and did a Die Hard.

freezing the assets and giving them to victims and families is a good way to go on this.

Earlier, NBC News had reported a mysterious charger that did not mach any of Paddock's cellpones - raising the possibility that another person had been with Paddock beforehand.

However, later police said that they have now matched all the cell phones and all the chargers and that they belong to Paddock.

CNN has gotten a hold of a deposition he gave a few years ago in a lawsuit. He claimed he was gambling 14 hours a day and betting as much as $1 million daily on video poker. Slept all day, gambled all night.

What kind of money did this guy have , damn

They said in 2014 or something like that, his IRS form claimed $5 million in gambling winnings.  That's a shit ton of gambling he must have done to get to that point in video poker.  Even if he's betting $100 a hand.
