Nava hits .190 last year and is our number 2 hitter.  Even with Trout this a bottom 5 offense.  There's nothing else there.  Trout is to this organization as Joe Thomas is to the Browns.  One of the best players of his generation and absolute garbage surrounding him.

I feel like Arte Moreno would have been better off hiring one of the posters on this website. They have really good ideas that would have made this team 110% better than it is currently constructed while staying under the tax. I just can't get over why the Andrelton Simmons deal went down, it absolutely makes no sense at all.

When your alternatives include Daniel Nava, Johnny Giavotella and Andrelton Simmons it's pretty hard to argue against Pujols being third or fourth.

They can improve, just not enough to be any sort of threat IMO. Holes at 2B, LF and in the bullpen. Doesn't even take into account that the rotation is more quantity over quality with question marks of its own.
