i don't have a link, but abc evening news reported yesterday that twitter has canceled the accounts of some 2000 ISIS members. said it was being used to recruit new members and send out lots of things they couldn't tolerate.

Maybe they just liked the profits and would piss on the Constitution and Bill of Rights if it got in their way. The only reason the allowed it wasn't free speech but free enterprise. The only reason they are curbing it is free enterprise, it is too toxic to keep.

i think it's important to remember that the closing of their their twitter accounts was done by twitter, not by the government. as private company, they are free to do business with whom they choose, and to reject doing business with those who don't abide by the TOS.
