Well, one batter in and DDLR still looks like the spring version. Leaving pitches way up and nowhere near the plate, and most concerning is his velocity is WAY down

 

dude nearly averaged 95 MPH on his FB last year and 1 batter in he's throwing 88 mph tops. Ugh

Definitely gonna need another Frieri type trade out of nowhere by him during the year

 

Kohn is showing improvement so far, but Jepsen and Salas need to be gone and at this rate, DDLR looks like he'll be going under the knife shortly. Dude looks broken

If the team already knew that DDLR was throwing in the 80s, he shouldn't have been taken off the DL at all.

The pen sucks but they could have rolled with Smith/Frieri to finish things if Scioscia didn't manage the pen poorly and go with Salas in the biggest spot of the game
