Thing is, Jamie knows that Sansa is alive now.  I think it was a mistake to tell him that.

Brienne knows about the Walkers, right? Forgive me, I'm usually in the grips of my Old Fashioneds. Seems she missed an opportunity to try and convince Jamie of the dangers coming to the wall

Yeah, is the Dorn storyline going to be gone kinda like Dany's was for a whole season before popping up and being important?  I get a feeling they will enter into it in some way.  Maybe they will Ally with Dany against the Lannisters?

I think the Dorne stuff was so crappy they just said screw it...blow it off this season, revamp it, and bring it back next season.

Because the prophecy is that Cercei's 3 kids will die before her, I fully expect for Tommen to die in the last episode this season which will send Westeros and Kings Landing into chaos.

I thought I read somewhere that Jaime is next in line? I would think Maergary is in line to be Queen tho, right? Maybe that's the plan she has with her grandmother. She kills Tommen, takes the throne, and orders the Tyrell army to butcher the High Sparrow and his nut jobs.

The Tyrell's don't have a claim to the throne. Margery is Queen by marriage only. Much like Cersei stopped being Queen when King Robert died. The Lannisters have no claim to the throne either:

If Tommen dies, technically Gendry would be next in line. He's actually the true heir even with Tommen alive but that's another discussion. If Gendry doesn't claim it (his arms must be tired of rowing by now) then there would be no true heir and I think the same situation would apply that did when the Mad King died ... who is going to be the first to come claim the Throne? 

It could essentially start a new war between the ruling families for who wants it.

Does Gendry have an actual claim since technically he's a bastard and wasn't made "whole" like Roose Bolton was. I think the king is the only person who can do that. It's the same thing with Jon Snow as evidenced by the a recent episode when he was trying to rally support to the Stark banner and the house lord told him he didn't see a Stark, only a Snow.

Oh ya it definitely made sense, and I loved that scene with Edmure, but I'm just not sure how this really advanced the story. It came off very much like a side quest that, had you missed it, you wouldn't even know you had missed anything.

Based on the article you posted and that Tommen has since released Jaime from his kings guard oath, it would seem that he is now next in line to be king.

Gendry has no claim. He isn't even recognized as a bastard by anyone except the red woman, who saw it in his eyes or something, and Ned Stark who deduced it in season one when investigating the legitimacy of the children in the royal family. There is also no reason to think that there aren't other bastard children of  Robert Baratheon, even though Cercei tried to have them all killed.

Dany was exiled from Westeros so she has no right to the throne either.

Speaking of her, I was thinking about her whole story and how well she would be received if/when she makes it to Westeros with a bunch of slave soldiers and tribe of brutal warriors. I don't feel she would, or should, be accepted by the people of Westeros as some rightful heir to the throne. I think her story makes her look like more of a conqueror than anything else and I see the people of Westeros being in fear of her more than they would be sitting with open arms. Westeros isn't Essos.  Not to mention the Lords of Westeros probably are not going to let some chick with dragons and a Barbaric army to just waltz in and be like hey everyone, I'm Queen now.

I have a hunch Gendry will become a major plotline soon. They spent way too much time on him earlier to just let him fade away.
