I always shower in the morning and if I do anything that resembles physical activity then I'll shower again.

I'm very inconsistent.  Some days I may not shower at all.  Other days it might be 2 showers.  I like to take the weekly average.

I feel grungy if I don't shower in the morning. I like taking one in the morning and before bed, I feel like I get a better night's sleep if I shower.

If you're not showering twice a day, once when you get up and once when you get home, one of two things smells like ass, your bed or you. Possibly both.

It's so dusty and dirty here that 2 a day is almost mandatory. No hair to fuss with so I keep them short and keep them cool.
