Forgot about Skid Row. They had one pretty good album.

Their 2nd album, Slave to the Grind, was way better than the first one. They got heavier and the songs were better too, in my opinion.

I thought both albums were great but if I had to choose, I'd probably agree, slave to the grind had more depth.

Every band from that era always said, "Yeah! Our next album is going to be way heavier!"   Unlike most of them, Skid Row actually delivered on that.  Great band!

Great song but the ballad that takes the cake on that album is I Remember You. If I remember correctly, it shattered MTV's record for the longest stretch of being the number one video back when that network actually played music.
