Kendrick is the best of the 3 IMO and like others have said is better than people give him credit for. I also like his defense.

You mean after the 6th inning (.333/.379/.481/.861) but yeah the 7th through 9th this year he is horrible. He goes from the 7th hitting .224 to .195 to .161 in the 9th. For some reason he becomes superman in extra innings hitting  .364/.500/.818/.1.318.

I think it will be hilarious when we have some light hitting MIF type at 2b hitting .240 with no power and low OBP and everyone hates it.

 

Howie is a lot better than people give him credit for.

 

I don't think anyone denies that. In fact, he is definitely one of the top 10 2bmen in the Majors. But, this team is so starved for pitching, you have to look to move him. The gap to fill the loss of Kendrick is smaller than the gap that Blanton has created, as well as the bare cupboard of starting pitching in our minor league system.
