He doesn't need to visit a city. He's played in Toronto plenty of times. He went to Dunedin to speak with their front office and to see the Spring Training facilities, which are excellent. 

Ohtani is en route to Toronto to sign his contract. 

He's a Blue Jay now. And I'm highly entertained.

when i retire, i'm going to get a job hanging around the airport looking for athletes that flying private jets to wherever so i can report back to morosi and his ilk. 

seems like it could be reasonably steady work.
