Rendon with some fire!

With the Angels, there's always an undercurrent of anxiety as a new season commences. Bullpen never fixed, offense can't touch a AAA pitcher, Rendon probable suspension, and Walsh out for who knows how long with insomnia of all things. It goes on and on...

If I was that fan I would have leaned into Rendon's swing and gotten some sweet $$$$ ... also kinda soft to take a swing at a fan for simply being called a bitch.

It is just one thing after another with this franchise. The focus can't ever just be about success on the field.

Play better.  Simple.  And ignore the fans.  I'm in no way defending the fan, who's clearly an asshole. But Rendon has to be smarter in that situation.

I think the heckler took it too far. I mean it’s one thing when the fans in the stands tell a player he sucks and generally fucks around , but another thing to escalate it to insulting him by demeaning the player and calling him a little bitch. 

I think Rendon shoulda still walked away and ignored him just being a professional athlete, but looks like the heckler learned the hard way this time. 

Maybe MLB bans the heckler in the video to establish a clear boundary of what should be acceptable heckling and borderline verbal abuse.
