If all Davidson amounts to is 5th or 6th SP/depth, he's still got 5 years of control after this.  Not bad for a pure salary dump trade.

I've been a Rengifo believer/defender forever, but yeah, I'm waiting for him to start walking like he has in the minors before I fully believe he's arrived.  But like you said.... Gotta love the progress.

there's a bit of Detmers like stuff there if he can get the command to improve and that change up is key.  He needs that pitch.

Logan O'Hoppe (22-years old in Double-A): .273/.397./517 with 21 HR, 7 SB.

He's a tad HR prone but he's that Ryan Tepera thing going where he will likely "mudder" his way through a bunch of solid seasons.
