Halos Management - Should Trout be more vocal with them?

Everyone here is expressing deep concerns about Management of the ballclub.  With many of his best years behind him, should Trout be -or- have been more outspoken about Management?  Is lack of a vocal leader hurting the potential of the Angels?  Is silence accepting their fate ok vs "We should get pitching / Very concerned about the direction of the team/so on"?

Trout would have been labeled a shit disturber if he was publicly critical of management. And we don't know that he hasn't been privately involved. And one would assume he has/had input during his career. Especially when his contract negotiations were ongoing. 

As well, there has been a revolving door of GMs and managers. Hard to keep messaging when different people keep appearing and disappearing.

Maybe Arte should go down to the dugout and motivate his players. As Charles O. Finley does here with Bert Campeneris.

I'd like Trout to be more vocal in the clubhouse but it's not Trout's job to fix the team. He can make suggestions, but that's about it.
