Question: How do we make room in the minors for 20 new pitchers? There must be a limit on how many pitchers on a team even in the minors.

I'm assuming a lot of them won't be assigned to an affiliate and just shut down for the rest of the season. They will probably undergo organizational throwing programs and workouts.
