It is a pipe dream unless they bring in some bullpen help.

No way they make any kind of run with how bad this bullpen is outside Iglesias.

@Chuckster70 there is some background script jamming up all of my android devices when I go to the main page. Probably an advertising script that freezes the page and nothing can be selected from the thread menu.

You shouldn't see any ads. I see them all and it's not happening for me. hmmm

What browser are you using? I use both Chrome and Firefox on my Android. Firefox works better for me on this site.

Maddon has done a good job this season managing the team. Only issue is his bullpen management but there's no relievers right now on the team who has pitched a lot of innings and has a good ERA of under 3.00. I can't blame him for having a bad bullpen.

You are just dreaming with that.

And Yan is not close to being ready as he has struggled at high A.

Rodriguez might be an option but he's still questionable on how much he would be able to help as a reliver considering his innings limit and arm issues earlier on in the year.

I agree. Yan is not ready yet but he looked awesome this week so he's in front of mind. I still think he'll end up as a late innings guy though.

I absolutely think Rodriguez should not have been stretched out in AA/AAA. He struggled tonight in SLC. He could be a bullpen piece.

Bachman, who knows? not us.

2.72 ERA and averaging 6 innings/start

Aside from the first inning blow up in NY, Ohtani in past 42 innings:

1.93 ERA, 1.02 WHIP, 49/6 Ks/BBs
