Really disappointed that MLB Extra Innings doesn't show many Angels games. One or two a week mostly. I expected more.  Not on tonight, but both weekend games listed.

At this point, it's not shocking. The league OPS had a .701 entering today.

Are you saying that Trout might be in a slump because he wasn't gonna hit .430 all season? IDK, that sounds like wishful thinking to me. I think it's definitely more likely he's slumping because he saw how poorly the Angels treated Pujols by unceremoniously dumping him and that has left him in a state of shock and depression.

Someone told me earlier that Trout cried after hearing Pujols was released and that they should put Trout on bereavement until he's ready to focus on baseball.

Realistically if Trout hits 300 - 320 it will be excellent. Along with his usual power numbers and clutch at bats. Inevitable that he drops little by little.
