These guys could probably be had cheaply, some even on minor league contracts with spring invites. 

I like the upside of Walker, Wood, Sanchez, Salazar & Cingrani.

Alex Wood pitched ok in Cincinnati last year.  In our park, with our infield and outfield defense, he could be a nice addition.

Where was 30m reported?

This is what I’ve seen:

Given Keuchel’s shaky contract total money, I’d be surprised if Ryu got more than 3/60 with an option or vesting fourth year.

If it’s not Ryu I’d like to see some offense added but like an upside gamble. That’s actually the way I see Ryu, just higher stakes.

Exactly. He'd feel right at home with the Angels.

Wood was rock solid for the Dogs in 2017-2018.   304 innings, 3.20 ERA, 1.13 WHIP, close to 4/1 Ks/BBs ratio

Eppler needs to guess right, but a bat and Wood is definitely an option.
