I like to judge players based on their last 200 everyday plate appearances, and Fletcher has recently gone over the 200 mark, with an OPS over .800 and a BABIP that is only a little high. We shall see how teams adjust to him, and how he adjusts back, but right now he's looking like a 5+ war player.

Edit: And I say this as someone who has consistently been skeptical and said, let's wait and see with Fletcher.
