I'm guessing you would get pretty close if you took a jar of this:

Boil some chicken (skin-on) with onions, garlic, salt and pepper. Strain out the solids and reserve the liquid. Shred the chicken. Discard the skin and solids.

Thin down the salsa verde with the reserved broth, and add some canned hominy and the boiled chicken. Maybe kick it up a notch with some cumin and oregano.

I guess depends on the reason why they took it to court. This tweet gives zero information and I don't care enough to look the case up.

Asking to throw out votes is ridiculous. Obviously something that should have been addressed before ballots were turned in.

Per the link, trial runs were done in July, with little controversy.

No votes were suppressed so it looks like this was only the judicial system used to settle a complaint. Justice in America works.
