Make one change to MLB

So much I'd do.

- make the bases 89 feet and 3/4 of an inch. 

- make the mound at lease 7 feet high.

- allow OF to throw their gloves in the air to prevent HR's.

I’m not sure how many banned substances there are in baseball but that list needs to be cut in half.

Split season into halves with 1st and 2nd half winners going to the postseason.

It wouldn't matter this year for the Angels.

But if baseball wants fans in most cities interested past July, this is the way to do it.

I really like the rule our local summer collegiate league has (well, the stadium's rule at least): Every time the home team scores, beers are $2! 

Fan participation and excitement goes crazy when a runner gets to second. I think MLB could adopt something similar.
