Just an absolutely brutal blunder from Girardi, leaving this reliever in after that second hit when he clearly doesn't have it. How do you let an off night from a reliever blow up your season like that?

I wouldn't have let him face a third batter. Couldn't believe Girardi didn't even have anyone up after the 4th batter singled.

I didn't watch too many Yankee games... Scioscia is actually pretty good with the pen.

Im not gona say I don't have my criticisms of Sciascia's pen usage, but you gotta have the arms, and in the regular season you can't keep pulling guys after 6 or 7 ugly pitches every night.
