Johnny G had some big clutch hits for us for a while. Also Soto and Simmons have had moments. But yes, nothing consistently good on offense outside of Trout and maybe Escobar.

I started this thread to vent over how disgusted I was by Cron's lack of hustle and it turned into a Pujols thread, go figure.

WAR last three years;  Kole .6, 4.1,3.0, and .8 this year.  Albert 1.5, 3.9, 3.1 and .2 this year.

In other words according to WAR. Albert was a better player in 2013, and 2015.  

Let's look at OPS last three years:. Kol . .809, .775, .773,and .783 this year. Albert .767, .790,.787.  

In other words according to OPS Albert was a better player in 2014 and 2015.

Therefore in conclusion there is no way Kole was.absolutely a better player.  We can play the stat game all you want but it is debatable who has been more.valuable the last two years.  And my original.post.said Kole might be more valuable.
