Daylight Saving Time: who else hates it?

Turn those clocks forward tomorrow night and lose an hour of sleep. It takes a lot of people at least a week to feel normal again.

I wish that we would just set the clocks in one spot or the other and leave it alone. I'm screwed up for a week or two every time that the time changes.

It just means once a year, I get thrown off for like 2 weeks.  The fall back usually doesn't hurt.  And it really screws up the twilight golf times.

I will be sleeping in so I don't really care. Longer evening hours are nice, I never like the winter months.

So nice here in Arizona that we never change our clocks.

 

Hawaii is the only other state that doesn't.

Only thing I hate about day lights savings is how my young kids adjust to it with their sleep schedule. Love it being lighter out with spring forward.

There's a California legislator who's trying to get rid of Daylight Saving Time. I completely support his efforts. I believe there are several other states also trying to dump it.

Seriously, you guys want the sun to rise at 5 am and go down at 7 in the summer? That's lunacy.

Maybe if we stayed on DST year round I could understand.

F'ing Daylight Savings Time.  I'm already screwed up somehow and awake at 3:28...no make that 4:28.  Now if I happen to fall back asleep, I will be even more off.

As a kid, the sun not going down till 8pm is friggin awesome.

 

As an adult, the time change is really just a pain in the ass.

 

Atleast traffic was a little bit lighter this morning.

 

Would I be OK with getting rid of it? Yes. For the past 2 days (I work Sundays) I've had to deal with freaking out about the time and then trying to find out how to change clocks and watches.
