I guess the problem with twitter is that vague references to media that no one is familiar with, spoken in a protagonist voice, leads to missinterpretation.

It's a huge problem with the Twitter platform.

A post that's 1) 11 years old, 2) a quote from a show and 3) presented devoid of context is now catapulted onward by present day social media fwd:fwd:fwd:fwd thinkers.

For what it's worth, it's a quote (not word for word) from an episode of The Daily Show from 2010. I watched the clip. All this did was remind me how funny Stewart and his crew were on the show.
