Just got missions to build the Buddhist Temple ($118k) and El Chemistri($101k)

 

I am about 80k short for the second building.

Just built the buddhist temple over el chemistri since getting the two guys will help raise me money with missions. Shit is getting way too expensive for me in this game.

I bit the bullet and bought some donuts like a sucker. When you add certain items that require donuts to build, they help raise the % of money received from houses and businesses. 

 

For instance I'm making about $120 instead of $100 every round on the Gulp and Blow building.

This link should help you with your decision. Scroll down to "Premium Items by Release." It will tell you how many donuts each item will cost and what % boost it will give to your current money producing items.
