i dont get dipoto's infatuation with this guy.  there was a point in the season when 400 lb fat guys began bunting on him because he's basically a statue at 3b, and his bat doesn't make up for his defense.  

 

I would have rather kept beckham, oh well.

Well, I am not a big fan of Freese.......I don't dis-like him per se -- I just don't think he's very good at the plate, on defense or on the base-paths -- other than that he's a heck of a guy.
