It was some dude standing there videotaping. They killed the guy in front of a crowd. I don't know how to post the video since it's on some dudes Facebook page.

To be fair, I think he was speaking from the cops perspective.  In other words, instead of the cops shooting the guy they should instead hug the guy and get shot.

Some new information is coming out about "Africa".  So far, he stole someone's identity years ago, and isn't really a Frenchy.  He's been convicted of a bank robbery with injuries, and a high speed pursuit.

Yeah, from the clips it sure looks like he was going for the officer's gun.  I'm not really having a huge problem with this one.  I think going for an officer's gun is making it blatantly clear you mean them harm.

Trying to punch an officer in a long list of bad moves isn't going to help either.  The reaching for the gun, was just the conclusion to a long list of bad moves.
