Wonder why they didn't go ahead and put Leone on waivers, too?  I'm assuming they would have waived Cron, too, if he was healthy.

Not surprised at any of the others but Giolito is a surprise and maybe Lopez to an extent...I guess they could still sign them in the off season but you have to think that it means they've seen enough, even if they did give up two of our best prospects....

Pure speculation, but I wouldn't be surprised at all if we hear very soon that Ohtani is shutting down for the season and getting surgery.

Yep....it was one thing to keep hitting after the injury in 2018 but with the largest FA deal in history still a possibility, I bet he's done for the year....

As bad those guys have been, I would expect all to be picked up by somebody in contention....Grichuk maybe the exception....Moore, Giolito and  Lopez will go to the first team in the playoff hunt with a crack at them, a pitcher with some big league success will get grabbed quickly....Renfroe probably gets picked up too.....
